• The age of your caravan does not determine how long you can keep your caravan on the park.

  • You cannot sublet your caravan commercially on the park but your family and friends are welcome to use your holiday home.

  • We have a dedicated team on the park who can deal with most problems and are always on hand to help.

  • Our holiday homes range from £9,995 to £59,000.

  • Almost 95% of our owners use our easy to arrange finance purchase plan. Written quotations are available on request.

Gas & Electricty
Electricity is included in the price of the fees on the older pitches, however the new pitches are metered and billed twice a year, namely in July and December. Gas is by the bottle on the older pitches and piped in the new developments. It is billed again in July and December.
